The main restaurant will be expanded with a wing on the south, thus accommodating more people in more spacious and roomy surroundings at meal times. As always, The Triton chefs will deliver their scrumptious meals, with tantalising aromas, especially the delicious and plentiful sea food dishes! The new fine dining restaurant will be in the area south of the pool bar which is currently the gymnasium. This exclusive restaurant will be the last word in fine dining experiences, with a plush, chic interior of black and deep Brown, and a classic touch of gold remaining true to the richness of the Lord Triton's Oceanic kingdom.

Warm timber grills will lend privacy and warmth at night and open up during the day to reveal a magnificent view of the pool and the ocean, giving the diner the unique opportunity of witnessing the life span of the day. from early morning to afternoon, from dusk to nightfall.
